My experience started off positive. The call was answered promptly, and I was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived early, and I had already explained in advance that the job was small. I also sent a photo so the scope was as clear as I could provide. The work involved placing about five low-voltage wires back inside the HVAC air handler and reconnecting them. The total time on-site was under an hour. Two trucks and two workers arrived, which seemed excessive to me for such a simple task.

The issue is the invoice. I was charged $370 for less than an hour of very basic work and absolutely no materials. I immediately reached out by email and text requesting clarification and also asked for the required photo of the completed work (which I need for my insurance company). I have not received any response.

Because I still need that photo, I now have to go up into the attic at age 67 and take it myself. The lack of communication once the invoice was sent was disappointing and completely changed my impression of the company.

Of course I will be paying the invoice, but you should be aware of the excessive cost which I feel is considerably more than the size of the job. I feel taken advantage of by this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all for any size job or for any situation where follow-up communication is important.
