The Florida Home Watch Association (FHWA) is made up of home watch companies that are committed to providing a higher standard of service in their daily operations. This promise of professionalism is reflected in our Core Values.
FHWA requires every member company to carry insurance, maintain bonding, and comply with all applicable state and local laws related to business ownership and operation.
All members must provide proof of insurance and bonding at the time of joining and renew this documentation annually. Failure to keep current insurance coverage will result in suspension of membership and accreditation, as well as removal of the member’s listing from this website.
It is important to note that each FHWA member operates as an independent business. While FHWA does not oversee daily operations, all members pledge to uphold a clear set of ethical standards, known as the Core Values.
