To deliver top-tier service and stand out in the competitive home watch industry, we strongly encourage every Accredited Member business to get their staff certified as soon as possible. Certification not only enhances your team’s skills but also builds trust and credibility with clients.

Steps to Certification

Certification trainees can complete a combination of the following options to accumulate the required 15 hours toward their certification:

• Begin the certification process by paying the $389 exam fee (Checkout below). Key details:
  • This signals your intent to the training staff, allowing them to open a personal training file for you, and reflects your commitment to completing the certification process.
  • The fee is non-refundable, but it does not expire—you may take the time you need to complete training and earn certification.
  • After payment, you may start accumulating hours through the approved training options, including YouTube videos, FHWA events, and Fast Track sessions.
• Watch the video library on the YouTube Channels @HomeWatchAdviser & @SnowbirdAdviser.
• Participate in any FHWA sanctioned event such as Thursday Google Meet training, local FHWA seminars, FHWA conference, and schedule sessions for FHW Fast Track training*.
• Fast Track is a paid training program that condenses the certification process.
• Once a member accumulates 15 hours of the training options above, they may take the online exam (cost: $389; $289 if the individual participates in at least 10 hours of Fast Track).
• A score of 75% or above is required to pass. Each test taker must complete an exit phone conference to review any questions answered incorrectly.
