We are a trusted association of professional Florida Home Watch companies, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable home watch services to every customer. Our mission is to showcase the home watch industry in the most positive light by adhering to strict professional standards and best practices.

 

As the demand for home watch services in Florida continues to rise, we recognize the need for more qualified home watch companies to join the industry. Working together, we can meet the evolving needs of homeowners and support the growth of our individual businesses, always prioritizing the customer’s best interests.

 

Each member:

• ✅ Registers their business with the State of Florida (SunBiz.org)
• ✅ Agrees to abide by local and county business license requirements
• ✅ Submits or provides a criminal background check for each business owner(s)
• ✅ Provides proof of liability insurance and bonding upon application and each renewal thereafter
• ✅ Pledges to champion our Core Values daily and adhere to the association’s professional guidelines

 

We encourage homeowners to perform their own due diligence when selecting a home watch company. It’s essential to request a current certificate of insurance and bonding from any company you are considering, to ensure you’re working with a qualified and insured professional.
