The Florida Home Watch Association (FHWA) consists of home watch companies that have committed to maintaining a higher standard of service for their customers in their day-to-day business operations. This commitment is encapsulated in what is known as the Core Values.

FHWA requires each member company to be insured, bonded and to follow all state and local laws with regard to business ownership and operation.

FHWA mandates that each member must furnish proof of insurance and bonding during the initial joining process and then on an annual basis thereafter. Failure to maintain the agreed-upon insurance will result in the suspension of the member’s membership and accreditation, along with the removal of their information from this website.

It is essential to understand that each member operates as an independent business, and FHWA is not involved in their day-to-day operations. Nonetheless, as members, they commit to adhering to a set of ethical guidelines known within FHWA as the Core Values.
