Upon completion of this enriching program, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise by taking and passing the certification exam, officially becoming a recognized Professional Home Watch Provider.

Training provided by Bill Wright, the Founder & President of the Florida Home Watch Association. With over a decade of expertise, Bill has personally completed more than 13,000 home watch service calls. He has also served as a mentor to numerous individuals, guiding them in launching and enhancing their home watch businesses.

For those with over a year of experience, we value your expertise! The FHWA considers your seasoned background and, as a gesture of appreciation, will take your experience level into account.
